Frequently asked questions

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE CORRECT FRAME SIZE?

Start with your height, inseam, current bike size, and the type of fit you prefer. If you already ride a road bike, send us your current stack, reach, saddle height, and stem length. We will compare your numbers with the Pantera geometry and guide you toward the right size.

If you are between sizes, we usually look at reach, riding position, and how much saddle-to-bar drop you want. The aim is simple: a fast bike that still feels natural, balanced, and comfortable on real roads.

WHAT FISISH DO YOU OFFER?

The Pantera is built around the clean look of titanium. You get the natural brushed titanium finish as standard, with Gloria decals and finishing details.

Do you accept cycle-to-work / salary-sacrifice schemes?

Absolutely. Schemes accepted include Cycle Scheme, Bike2Work, Cycle Solutions, Evans, GCI, Cycle2Work, and more.

WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER ON THE FRAMES?

We offer life-time warranty on our frames. Subject to our following terms and conditions.

HOW DO I CHOOSE COMPONENTS?

You choose the frame size first, then we help you match the build to your riding. We look at groupset, wheels, tyres, gearing, cockpit, saddle, and finishing kit.

For a fast road build, we usually suggest electronic shifting, hydraulic disc brakes, carbon wheels, and tyres suited to the roads you ride most. If you want a lighter build, more comfort, or better value, we will guide you through the trade-offs.

WHERE ARE GLORIA BIKES MADE?

Gloria titanium frames are designed by Gloria and made with our specialist titanium manufacturing partners in China. Each frame is produced to our geometry, finishing, and build requirements, then checked and assembled by Gloria.

Our focus is to offer a premium titanium bike with a clean design, strong value, and the option to make the build your own.

DO PRICES INCLUDE VAT AND DUTY?

UK prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

For orders outside the UK, VAT, import duty, customs fees, and local taxes may be charged by your country when the bike arrives. These charges are not controlled by Gloria, so please check your local import rules before ordering.
