25-Year Warranty on Titanium Components

Scope:
Gloria Cycling stands behind the quality and durability of its products. We offer a 25-year warranty on any titanium component we sell, a testament to our confidence in our craftsmanship and the longevity of our materials.

Warranty Terms:

  • Coverage Duration: The warranty lasts for 25 years from the date of the original purchase.
  • Components Covered: Only titanium components sold by Gloria Cycling are covered under this warranty.
  • Eligibility: This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the component. It is non-transferable.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original purchaser must provide valid proof of purchase from Gloria Cycling or an authorized Gloria Cycling dealer for the warranty to be valid.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, accidents, or improper installation.
  • Modifications or alterations to the component.
  • Any components that are not made of titanium.

Warranty Claims:

In the event of a defect, Gloria Cycling reserves the right to:

  1. Repair the defective component.
  2. Replace the defective component with the same or a comparable component.
  3. Refund the purchase price if neither repair nor replacement is feasible.

 

Crash Replacement Policy on Titanium Components

Scope:
We understand that accidents happen. While our titanium components are designed to be resilient, should they get damaged due to a crash, we want to help get you back on your bike as soon as possible.

Replacement Terms:

  • Eligibility: The Crash Replacement Policy applies only to the original purchaser of the titanium component. It is non-transferable.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original purchaser must provide valid proof of purchase from Gloria Cycling or an authorized Gloria Cycling dealer.
  • Discount Offer: Eligible customers will receive a 50% discount on the price of the item being replaced. This applies only to titanium components.
  • Duration: The Crash Replacement Policy is valid for the original 10-year warranty period of the component.

Exclusions:

The Crash Replacement Policy does not cover:

  • Components damaged from misuse, lack of maintenance, or improper installation.
  • Modifications or alterations to the component.
  • Any components that are not made of titanium.

Process:

To initiate a crash replacement claim:

  1. Contact Gloria Cycling’s customer service.
  2. Provide details of the crash and the damage incurred.
  3. Submit the necessary proof of purchase.

 

General Provisions:

  • All warranty and replacement claims must be processed through Gloria Cycling’s official channels.
  • Shipping and handling fees for warranty and crash replacement returns/shipments may be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Gloria Cycling reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
